Create an brand new MS Access database

All I wanted to do was create an MS Access database from scratch. It took a bit of searching but Google is certainly my friend. Here is what I have found so far.

Getting on the XML bandwagon

I would like to think myself to be one of the elite ... er ... 133t programmers in the visual basic world.
